Creating Outstanding Homes

Scott started his career in property development at the age of 16 as an apprentice stonemason and bricklayer. After learning the trade he progressed to a site manager at 24 and, as his knowledge grew, he steadily worked his way from projects manager to construction director, and then managing director at a property development company at just 33 years old. In 2008 Scott made the decision to set up his own company with Richard and together they formed Kingsman Homes.

With over 30 years in the industry, Scott brings all this experience to bear when designing and building new homes. Ultimately Scott creates homes that he would be more than happy to live in himself, focusing on delivering the highest quality home possible.
