Kingsman Homes receive planning permission for new homes in Honley
15th July 2014
It is proving to be both a busy and successful time for the team at Kingsman Homes. Hot on the heels of winning an LABC Building Excellence award for an individual large detached home in Honley, the local property developer has now received planning permission to create four more homes in the popular village.
What’s more, within days of receiving the go ahead they had already sold one of the new plots off-plan!
The four homes Kingsman Homes have received planning permission for include the splitting of an end terrace house on Concord Street into two cottages, with a further two detached four-bed properties in the substantial grounds.
The redevelopment includes one fewer house than was originally intended after Kingsman Homes amended their plans based on advice from the Huddersfield Planning Sub-Committee.
The plans also include provision of a turning circle which was welcomed by one local resident who believes this will prove beneficial to all residents.
